Landscape #5: Pixel is part of an ongoing series exploring landscapes and their reciprocal impact on our lives. In this piece, the omnipresent mediated digital landscape is exaggerated and rendered from thousands of strips of used plastic bags. Both the pixel and plastic evoke a new form of landscape as their ubiquity and material DNA have endless reach, celebrating our worship of the present and disregard for the future.
